We look forward to your visit with us! To make your trip smoother, we have prepared a list of answers to questions that you might have! 

How much are tickets?

Tickets range in price according to each show. You can expect to see full price tickets range from $22.50-$57.50 depending on the production.

Group Rates are available for groups of 20 or more! Please call at (864) 268-9342 for specific pricing.

We have tickets for both current and retired military personnel and seniors. Our senior rates begin at ages 55 years old and up. The military rate and senior rate can be purchased online or over the phone.
 
We do not offer child pricing. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to attend unless specifically noted on the show landing page.
What are the show times?

Please refer to the show you are attending to confirm the performance’s start time. Click here to visit our season page.

Most performances will have a Friday evening at 7PM and Saturday at 2PM and 7PM. (Performance times are subject to variation based on the performance.)

Where can I park?

We offer free parking!

During show times, the parking lot surrounding The Logos Theatre may be used by guests. This parking area may be accessed via School Street and Stevenson Street adjacent to the theatre.
Is there accessibility seating available?

Yes, we do offer accessibility seating. You will see a blue accessibility icon over the available seating online, or you can call our Box Office at 864-268-9342 for assistance.

Do you have an elevator?

Yes, we do have an accessibility lift for those who need to access their seating in the balcony. This is accessible to the public upon request. If you are in need of physical assistance for your seating, please contact the Box Office at 864-268-9342.

Do you offer assistive listening?
No, unfortunately we are not equipped to offer assistive listening at this time.
 
We do offer ASL interpretation for select shows throughout the season. You will see dates offered on each shows web page if an ASL interpretation is scheduled, and you can also contact our Box Office to inquire about specific shows at 864-268-9342.
Are children permitted?

Children ages 4 and older are permitted to attend! Certain shows may require an older attendance age based on the content. Please see the individual show page for detailed information or call our Box Office at 864-268-9342.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit unless an announcement of cancellation is made due to inclement weather. In this case, guests will be contacted by the Box Office.

Do you offer group rates?

Do you have rush tickets?

The Logos Theatre does not offer rush tickets. We believe in rewarding the “Early Bird” and encourage you to get your tickets to each show as soon as possible!

Is there a ticket fee attached to my order?

Yes, there is a $2.50 ticket fee attached to all orders: online, phone, or in person.

What are the hours of operation for the box office?
Monday-Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm

Do you offer tours of the theatre and backstage?
Yes! There are three tours participants can choose from:

World of Theatre Tour:
The world of Theatre Tour takes participants on an in-depth walk through the world-renowned Logos Theatre facility in Taylors, South Carolina. Participants will learn the history of the Logos Theatre from its early days as the old Taylor’s elementary school to its transformation into the functioning production theatre of today! From the preservation of the early 1900’s historical features to the updated stage, backstage, and studio elements, this tour will give a glimpse of the world of theatre, both on stage and off!

Tour Length: 60 minutes
Price: $10/participant (chaperone pricing available for student tours)

Maximum number of participants/tour: 15
Groups of more than 15 can be scheduled with tiered start times
 

Puppetry Arts Tour:
The Puppetry Arts tour is a unique experience held at the Logos Theatre warehouse that gives a firsthand look at the in-house, internationally recognized puppetry department of the Logos Theatre. Participants will see various styles of Puppetry, get a behind-the-scenes look into the Puppetry workshop, and experience an interactive demonstration of the famous Logos Theatre puppets!

Tour Length: 60 minutes
Price: $15/participant (chaperone pricing available for student tours)

Maximum number of participants/tour: 15

History and Alumni Tour:
The History and Alumni tour is a unique walk-through of the historical Taylors elementary school building from the early 1900’s. Participants will be taken back in time as they see the preserved elements of the building while learning of its current purpose as the Academy of Arts Ministries Headquarters.

Tour Length: 60 minutes
Price: $10/participant (chaperone pricing available for student tours)

Maximum number of participants/tour: 15
Groups of more than 15 can be scheduled with tiered start times
 
Tour Times
Tours can be scheduled on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 10:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m., or 3:30 p.m.

What is the backstage pass experience?
The backstage pass experience is a unique opportunity to go “behind the scenes” after the show, hear how various show elements are brought to life, and meet the characters (and puppets) from the show!
 
Backstage passes can be added on to your show tickets at the time of purchase or by calling 864-268-9342.
 
Depending on the show, they can range from $5-$15.
Are there concessions or souvenirs available at each show?
Yes! Concessions and souvenir merchandise related to the show and the Logos will be available for purchase when you visit!
 
Concessions include:
Pretzels, popcorn, candy, Cliff bars, soft drinks, coffee, hot tea, and water.
Hot Chocolate available during winter run of shows
 
Concessions range from $2-$5
Souvenirs range from $1-$100 (prices dependent on show)
What safety measures does The Logos Theatre take at performances?

Every event on the Logos campus is staffed by security and medical personnel. Video cameras are located throughout the campus and are actively monitored. The Logos may conduct bag checks at any time and prohibited items noted below will not be allowed in the venue. Patrons who refuse a bag screening will be denied entry. These security measures are in place to ensure that our guests enjoy the safest environment possible.

The following items are prohibited inside the Logos Theatre:
– Weapons of any kind or facsimiles of weapons, including firearms, pellet guns, stun guns, martial arts weapons, pepper spray, pocket/utility knives and other cutting instruments. This policy applies to every individual, including those with a concealed weapons permit (CCW). Off-duty law enforcement officers carrying a weapon are required to check in with the Box Office before entry.
Illegal drugs or substances.
– Flammable liquids, fireworks, pyrotechnics, flares or other incendiary devices.
– Alcoholic beverages of any kind.
– Oversized bags that exceed 16” x 16” x 8”.
– Cameras with interchangeable/detachable camera lenses.
– Audio/visual recording devices.
– 2-way radios.
– Laser pointers.
– Beach balls, projectiles, balloons, permanent markers, spray paint.
– Drones.
– Flashlights.
– Signs, flags, banners.
– Selfie sticks.
– Masks that cover the full face.
– Face paints.
– Jewelry that could be used as a weapon.
– Segways, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, bicycles, and helmets.
– Portable seats other than those required and approved for accessibility.
– Noisemakers, bullhorns, or air horns.
– Solicitation materials including pamphlets, handouts, and advertisements.

Additional safety policies:
– Unattended items left outside venue doors will be discarded to ensure guest safety.
– Diaper bags are permitted only when the patron is accompanied by an infant.
– Medical bags, or any bags carrying medical items such as prescription medicine, asthma inhalers, EpiPens, and other medical equipment, are permitted regardless of size.
– Smoking, vaping or the use of tobacco products inside the Logos Theatre buildings is strictly prohibited. The City of Greenville prohibits smoking within 10’ of a building entry (Sec. 16-167).
– Guests without shoes or shirts will not be admitted.
– Pets, other than service animals, are not allowed.

What is the Logos Theatre's policy on smoking/vaping?

Smoking, vaping or the use of tobacco products inside the Logos Theatre building is strictly prohibited. The City of Greenville prohibits smoking within 10 feet of a building entry (Sec. 16-167)

Can I take photos/videos during the show?

Due to the copyright of Logos Theatre productions, and the experience of each artist and guest, recording or photography of the show is prohibited. You can, however, snap photos with characters after the show in or outside the building and during backstage pass!

What do I do if I lost an item at a performance?

If you’ve lost an item at the Logos, contact our Box Office at 864-268-9342 for assistance. Please note that the Logos cannot hold items for more than 30 days. At that point, items will be discarded or donated. If you find an item at the Logos, please give it to an usher to turn into the Box Office.

Can my child attend a performance without an adult?

Minors 16 or older are permitted in The Logos Theatre without an accompanying adult.

Do you allow late comer seating?

Late-arriving audience members will be asked to wait to be seated until they can be seated during a performance break. For your convenience, the Logos streams each performance on hall monitors and ushers are available for your assistance. We ask that audience members cooperate with ushers to enter the auditorium at the best time.
