“None of us suspected that the Germans would turn their sights toward us. We were Norway. We were neutral and safe. But April 9th, 1940 found Norway in the grip of the Nazi regime. Our rulers fled, leaving us to face the Nazi occupation alone. But some refused to bow their knee to the German invaders.”
OUR TOWN
Set in the town of Grover’s Corners, NH, in the early 1900’s, Our Town tells the seemingly insignificant story of everyday life in a quiet town. However, “everyone knows in their bones that something is eternal,” and the town people come to realize the brevity of life and the importance of appreciating each and every moment.
